At the site where workers were building houses, they were taken to a drainage pipe where a digger was in the process of retrieving the body of Mrs. Ratana aged 40 from Rayong. Both she and a co-worker were inspecting the pipe 3 meters in the ground when a sudden landslide of soil came down on them. The contractor and developer of the site will be notified to accept responsibility and possibly face legal charges.
