Thai food my missus makes for me (with photos!)

My wife grew up crawling around in her parents restaurant. She moved up to waitress and before she headed off to Kasetsart University she was cooking all the good stuff. I thought I might share some photos of what she whips up for me so all your mouths will start watering!

Last night's dish was Moo pad med ma muang - Cashew Pork in an edible taro bowl! man was it good.

She makes mine with Golden Mountain medium spicy chili sauce, but you could go with the mild or the hot. It is just right for me.

I will post tonight's Thai dish as well. She cooks Western food too, so I might have to start another thread on that.
