I dont know if its healthy, but it was super cheesy and home made including the dough.
The yeast with flour being added.
the first rising.
the second
Rolling it out. The bottle of Chang was the rolling pin.
Sauce.
The assembly begins.
Adding more ingredients. Kids fingers as well.
More mozzarella of course.
Some hot wings to go with it.
A couple of finished shots.

Who the heck wants a healthy pizza, OP?
If I want to eat healthy I'll get a slice of tofu on a rice cracker.
Give me a great big gooey slice of Sicilian pizza any day over that tutti-frutti colorful but disappointing imposter. AO's pizza is getting closer to the mark.Last edited by Texpat; 09-03-2014, 11:21 PM.

I find I'm enjoying so called 'fresh' pizzas more these days. Rather than overbaked, and dripping with the usual sludge (which is still yummy, incidentally), you just top a good quality pizza crust with fresh ingredients- mozzarella, rocket, tom's. parma, etc. No need to zap it with radioactive cheese sludge, the quality ingredients speak for themselves. Masters of the art are Cafe del Mar in Jomtien- check 'em out.
^ Sicilian pizza- all is forgiven. yeh mate, liking one style does not mean disliking t'other.Last edited by sabang; 09-04-2014, 11:32 AM.
