Ive been watching a few foody programmes lately. i really like that Jonny Oliver guy, he's a little crafty cokney, like meself but, he keeps talking about, how bad prosessed food is.
Anyway, i could easy do a Goggle search but ill give you my take on prosessed food and what i think it is.
I now quite a bit about Wood Pigs. So, the pigs are free range (they live in the woods) They eat all matter of healthy things their, like, young shoots, mushrooms, fresh insects and truffles.
When we slaughter the pigs, we get fresh pork. No prosessing involved and healthy eating.
Now, when we turn it into bacon and ham we have to prosess it using different methods.
ie. smoking, brine etc. Apparently, this is bad for our healthes and not good for a long and peacefull life.
Heres my take on one of the prosessing procedures, brining.
Some of yous mite now this. Its only salt and water, hence the term when we refer to the ocean as the 'briny.'
Now imagine this. If id of took some wood pigs to Pattaya (jomtiem beach) and taken them into the 'briny' everyday, lets say for about 6 months.Wouldnt they have already been turned into bacon?

How the f***k can that be dangerous but they do sell them in cans as prosessed.
I mean, tincan, peas, water. Are they really prosessed?
So, anything that comes in a package or a tin is , prosessed?
And finally, what about, toast! Youve got to go through a prosess to make it. Is toast really dangerous? I dowt it!
Over to you, my friends. What are youre thorts on prosessed foods and is it, really dangerous to eat.
