I've extended my original visa nine times. For each annual extension, the requirements have been different. I can't imagine the number of times this 20-year visa will be amended, canceled, reinstated, adjusted, considered illegal, reinterpreted, re-written ...

Thai bureaucrats can't plan beyond tomorrow's lunch schedule. What makes anyone think they can put together a policy for a 20 year visa?
