      There are about 14 calories in 100 grammes of lettuce. Eat a couple of kilos, which would be almost impossible, and you get 280 calories. So why doesn't the dopey twat explain his dopey theory.

                          That's actually not what I said so not only can't you get that correct but simple concepts elude you too: if your maintenance calories are 2,500 per day and you eat 3,000 calories of salad per day what's going to happen, fat-boy.

                          If you spent half as much time actually working out and educating yourself instead of posting bullshit about your routines on forums you wouldn't be such an obese moron.

                            You're trying to fix the damage you've done by your laughable statement that eating salad greens can make a person fat.

                            How many people would eat 3,000 cals from salad greens? How about 2K? How about 1K
