        Running 8-10km in one hour 3-4 times a week.


        Arms and back x 2-3 times week.

        Triceps, Shoulders and chest x 2-3 a week.

          ^Nice one!

          I am proud of myself as I started jogging again yesterday for the first time since I tore my miniscus 1.5 years ago. I have been doing a lot of cardio, but finally did intervals of jogging /speed walking around a track yesterday for 30 mins. Even though I feel like a deadweight today, I did it without pain in my knee!!!! I will keep at it. Losing 20 pounds has helped!
