This is a special pasta that is made with high protein. I add 2 hard boiled eggs, celery, cucumber, radishes, yellow peppers, and mushrooms. I buy a special dressing (balsamic) that has 1 g of carb per 2 tsp and no sugar. I eat no sugar and a very low carb diet.
