I've spent the past two decades trapped in a backward landlocked polluted shithole, rotting away in tedious rut full time jobs and living in my landlady's prefab I was duped into paying for.

I assume that everyone else is even more stupid miserable and trapped than me. Therefore someone in the UK would have to do a 260 mile per day round trip to a part time job because they need the salary. Deluding myself in this way helps me to cope.

Smeg/Arthur Daley was unsuccessful in obtaining a low paying job (about 41,594.97 US dollars) just a couple years ago. Why it was unsuccessful will be for another drip.

Of course, the rate of pay above would be welcome to most living in a developing country (there are some women I know here in Thailand that work in an office making that much), but in the UK? The US?

Hell, I was paying lower tier equipment operators more than that 25 fvckin’ years ago.

Next, worthwhile holidays smeg never goes on and the reason why. Hint,………..see above.

The real reason the unemployable loser Arthur Daley/Smeg was forced to take an early retirement. The job interview was only conducted a short time ago and it would be working today if it wasn’t for one particular fact.

The Facts

54. On 12 June 2019 the Respondent sent the Claimant a formal offer of employment. The offer letter stated that "this offer will be subject to the receipt of satisfactory references

67….. Xxxxxxx was only with this team for a short while, he didn’t finish his probation period and it would have been unlikely that he would have successfully completed this probation.... Xxxxxxx was not in post long enough for me to be able to give a full assessment of suitability, there were a number of areas of weakness"

68……….. “In light of the emails received so far, I am not prepared to proceed with the appointment and would like to withdraw the offer………Referee 2 and Referee 1 employed Xxxxxxx prior to this and we have one refusal and the other is not favourable.

69. Ms Xxxx replied at 15.14 the same day saying, “I would consider these unsatisfactory references.”

85. Ms Xxxxx was cross examined about making assumptions and bias. She said that “the alternative to making assumptions is gathering facts”. She said, “I look for references which confirm what the candidate has said in their application and interview. If a reference does not confirm the strengths and qualities of candidate then it is not satisfactory. I have never had an instance like this before where I have not had at least one strong reference for an individual.”

89. Ms Xxxxxxx-Xxx emailed the Claimant on 24 June 2019 saying that: "l regret to inform you that due to receipt of unsatisfactory references, we will not be proceeding with the appointment, and are withdrawing our offer of employment'.

It doesn’t have any “strong references”. Without a doubt, it is an unemployable loser with no long-term work history.

A little about the MM2H visa

Under the new regulations, those intending to apply for the programme must prove liquid assets worth between RM500,000 and RM1.5mil depending on their age.

They must also have a monthly offshore income of at least RM40,000 (about 9,600.00 US dollars) compared to RM10,000 previously. Additionally, they must stay a minimum of 90 days in the country per year.

Smeg/Arthur Daley/Nitcha never goes on any worthwhile holidays or will spend “the next year or two of retirement in” because it has never held a long-term job and it’s cheap (“money sweetspots., 25% cheaper, it's cheaper”).

He named three referees on his application form, Xxxxx Xxxxxx - Xxxxxxxxxx xx Xxxxxx (five months employment in 2018, most recent employer), Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx – Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx (seven months employment in 2016-17) and Xxxx Xxxxxxxxxx - Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx (four months employment in 2016).

20………. told the Tribunal that she considered that the application which she now knows to be the Claimant’s, p XXX – XXX, was strong, ………….. His experience of working with a wide range of funders, and the fact that he had worked abroad, suggested that he could work well with different people.

51. The Claimant told her that he wished to start as soon as possible and, on the same day,……

55. On 19 June 2019, Xxxxx Xxxxxxx-Xxxx emailed the Claimant’s 3 referees, asking for a reference…..

2016 – 12 months. The unemployable loser worked 4 of those months
2016/17 – 12 months. The unemployable loser worked 7 months
2018 – 12 months. The unemployable loser worked 5 months
2019 – 6 months looking for work but not working

So,…………out of 42 months the unemployable loser worked 16 months in 3 different jobs. (38% of the time working during 3.5 years)

The loser has no long-term employment history. It is an embarrassment to society which it does not contribute to.

Why?
