2016 – 12 months. The unemployable loser worked 4 of those months
2016/17 – 12 months. The unemployable loser worked 7 months
2018 – 12 months. The unemployable loser worked 5 months
2019 – 6 months looking for work but not working

So,…………out of 42 months the unemployable loser worked 16 months in 3 different jobs. (38% of the time working during 3.5 years)

The loser has no long-term employment history. It is an embarrassment to society which it does not contribute to.

^First let me clear something up. That 7.5% rate (above) may very throughout the loan based on libor rates.

I don’t want to get into too deep. Everything is on the up and up. Agreed upon contract/lien recorded at the county office.

I will take a lien on a piece of the property (has to be in a business name otherwise protection in Florida about bankruptcy and a piece of property that has been homesteaded if it’s in an individual’s name). That piece of property has to be at least three times as much in assessed value (not market value) as the loan I will give.

Whatshername had a small book store/coffee shop in Bangkok years ago she would open up after work.

It wouldn’t stay open very late. Just catching people who were going home and needed a little break.

She would give loans to some people (regular customers) that came into the book store. She wouldn’t request much in interest.

As I've consistently demonstrated, I'm a man of my word who always behaves fairly as does exactly what he says he'll do. For example, I'd never pretend to be a highly satisfied customer of my employer, or be on an overseas posting whilst being fought over by head-hunters, I wouldn't dream of promising to leave a forum if voted off or upon the loss of a wager, and I'd never play the victim by paying a lawyer to threaten other posters on a thread with arrest if they don't let me 'win'.
