Any one else feeling their age ?

My dad is like 96, has slowed down over the years. I've cleaned the pool the other day and today is the day to take the plunge. I do believe swimming is about the best exercise one can get. Like they say"sink or swim". Just my two bits worth.......the fish.

Getting to the age of 96 is an achievement . Ive never liked swimming especially the thought of being in a public swimming pool in my skimpy Speedos. 🏊

I live in Australia now.....I am Latindancer from Teakdoor forum. So no, I don't even have a problem with traffic. But in THailand I would warn you about chickenhead drivers and to only stay on the back streets.
I had a stationary bicycle but it is not as difficult, and you have no incentive to get up any "hills" by pedaling harder. Whereas a real hill is different.

No. I am not in Thailand at present either.
I use a pedelec every day at work, it keeps me fit. Could have a company car, but no thanks. A bicycle is better for the environs and my health.

Just kidding but a speedo works. Did a gathering on the 4th. Damn we blew stuff up. In fact I called the laocal Barnie to let them know we weren't starting WW111, just preparing for it.

I don't feel nor look my age. I always get told I look ten years younger and I usually like younger men as well.
I get hit on by men in their thirties sometimes too. I have more energy now then I ever did.
