Help! My bosses are onto me. They threatened to fire me if I keep screaming at the bad people on the computer or trying to kill the spiders that are living on my coworkers

The bad people on the computer won’t stop teasing me so I get real angry and anxious. I am on medication to help. I have been told I can NOT have my arms showing because I have 2-3 year old self harm scars that only show when I turn red from being teased but thankfully my tattoo covers most of them

What am I meant to do? How do I stop the bad men teasing me on computer? How do I stop the spiders staring at me? I could lose my job
