I went to the beach on Sunday. Hotter than hell, so bright off the ocean hurt the eyes of course lost my sunglasses. Retraced my steps no luck. Got home and they where sat on the rim of my sunhat. Which I had worn all day.

Heads really gone

A few years ago I got into a nasty habit of leaving my ATM card in the machine while I walked away grinning at the pile of cash.
It got to about 5 new cards in 6 months and a ticking off from the bank.
Anyone from UK will know that the ATMs there return the card before dispensing cash,. Not so in the land of smirks.
On Wednesday I did it with my UK ATM card, which is a pain because it takes about 8-12 weeks to get a replacement.
I reported the loss to the nearest branch because I had used a standalone machine. "Come back on Friday at closing time" said the comely wench.
I reported as ordered and she recognised me immediately as she rummaged in her suit pockets. The woman pulled out a wad of recovered ATM cards including mine. Must have been at least 20+.
Good to know I am not alone in my dopyness.
