Sound Off - What province in Thailand do you live in?
^ Looks like a cross between a pig and a buffalo, but he's got style...
Not in Thailand now, but residing in the smoky province of British Columbia (BC) in the "Republic of Western Canada"...
Lived in Pathum Thani (sp) for a number of years, about an hour's taxi ride to downtown Bangkok from Klong Si, Ujallern (sp) Village...
Turn right at 7-Eleven...Heh...
With all the forest fires burning here now (220, at one point), the smoke in Chiang Mai's burning season would be like baby's breath...
They have had to ban all entry to "the bush" in a lot of places because it's blazing hot weather and the risk of "ignition" in the "tinder box" is just too high...
Ubon Ratchathani. Possibly the nicest people in Thailand. Probably the worst drivers, too. Quite possibly the most adulterous, and least repressed. The best at being happy.
I've come to think of them as more Lao, than Thai- but that's a compliment.
Banharnburi - heh, actually it's Suphanburi but the folks here revere K. Banharn silpa-archa and his wife with monuments and statues throughout the province. A short drive from Bangkok but a world apart. 99.9% do not saa-peak English!
God, the panic within the Dems, MSM, and left must be horrifying...realizing that Joe is really the best they've got.
