Images can only show the outside. Words can describe the inside too.
Still......a good movie nonetheless.

It is almost 30 years ago and I was with a historian with a particular interest in Vietnam. He led the way and I just followed. He would explain what had happened in the book which I had just started at the time.
All this to say, that I don't remember which place was which, but I enjoyed hearing about it at the time. Here are some of them, but he took the photos and no doubt still has them today. We traveled all over Southeast Asia with other friends on numerous trips. Having him along in Cambodia was enlightening as hell. Ankor Watt was great.

In terms of books on Vietnam, Nelson Demille's "Upcountry" provided this reader a more comprehensive look at what war did to a country.God, the panic within the Dems, MSM, and left must be horrifying...realizing that Joe is really the best they've got.

Never heard of it, but went to a great brothel in Vung Tau. It was a French colonial mansion overlooking the ocean and it cost $10. a throw. Pretty sure we could have bargained them down, but too impressed with the service to bother.
