  • What's the dumbest thing you've ever done?

For me, living in Thailand full time in my 30s.

Then as now it's a far better place to spend part of each year than most or all of it. I can understand why retirees settle there after a life in the west or around the world, but for anyone of working parenting age, it's simply daft.

Coming home after a birthday celebration inegriated, putting in a pizza in the oven, laying down on the couch and passing out.

Waking up the next morning in a thick cloud of smoke. The whole 2-bedroom apartment was smoked out and smoke was bellowing out of the oven.

Thankfully there was no fire. I would have never woken up.

Dating California girls. Look kinda ok but you wouldn't want to marry one.
God, the panic within the Dems, MSM, and left must be horrifying...realizing that Joe is really the best they've got.

Dang! I've done so many dumb things it's tough to know where to start.

Maybe the first one was the dumbest; deliberately crashed and pranged my nice new Raleigh 3spd bicycle, then lied to me grandpa about it. (he'd bought it for me)
I did end up fixing myself and learned a bit about mechanics that way, so some good came of it.

Ignoring my passion for music and going to law school. Biggest waste of time.

You must be the most tedious one dimensional twat on the planet.

Not at all cujo. It's to laugh at numpties like you reading it then stamping your impotent feet and getting angry for the x,xxx time.

I see your bigoted aspergers-riddled tool mate is doing exactly the same on TD and typically trying to turn the entertaining hindiots pic thread into a shitfest, having spotted it and posted his first sneer on it within 5 minutes of its creation.

At 99 kilos and in your 60s (although you seem to be in denial about this grim situation) you'd best find more rewarding things to do, while you still can

Errr, you asked the question, so it's you I'm telling. What's that weird saying. Oh yeah - Derp!

Anyway, I'd like to suggest what the dumbest ever thing you've done is (other than that infamous paracetamol affair).

It's being in denial about what a physical trainwreck you are.

I'm quite surprised to be honest. I'm carrying a bit much weight (99KG @ 1.8m) but that isn't exactly obese.

I get a reasonable amount of exercise (though not regular).

I have a fairly balanced diet and I don't eat much processed food. I DO tend to drink 2 to 4 bottles of beer 2 to 4 evenings a week, especially in this heat.

I'm wondering how this came about but all my research on the internet seems to leads to this. 'Shit happens as you get older' (61)

So, you eat too much, drink too much, exercise irregularly, are carrying about 24 kilos of excess fat (which definitely makes you obese), have hypertension, and you think it's all not your fault because it's purely an age thing.

Where do you get the idea I eat too much? I said I eat a balanced diet and don't eat much processed food. And what makes you think it's all excess fat. 24 kg too much? I haven't weighed that since I was 20.
Taken any cool selfies in public toilets recently?

What's your waist size around the belly button area? That will be a big indicator of how much excess lard you have, and consequently your stroke/heart attack risk.

It's easily possible to eat too much "balanced" food. All food, not only processed food, will make you fat if you eat too much. Ask your mate you-know-who about it. He shed 24 kilos of excess lard in his mid 30s, most of it within three months.
