For the first time ever I've begun a water fast. Previously, the longest fast I've ever done was 21 hours during Intermittent Fasting.
I am now (as of this post) on hour number 33 and have not made a deadline of when to end it so to speak, however I won't go past the 72 hour mark, when the body usually goes into ketosis.
Only water and 2 cups of green tea per day.
I'm doing it purely for health reasons as I'm now quite sure I have inflammation (chronic or acute) and and want reduce that and improve my immune system.
I know that WOE (way of eating) is the key to this, but this water fast is resetting my system.
I also want to go through autophagy.
Has anyone else had experience with water fasting?
