    Cheers.
I broke the fast at 62 hours and 15 minutes.

I broke it by one glass of warm water with squeezed lime juice. I waited about 45 minutes or so and then had pumpkin soup. This filled me up so I waited an hour. Then, I had a Kale salad with pieces of avocado, pineapple, a few pumpkin seeds and mini-tomatos.

About 2 hours later I decided I needed to get out out of the house and did some errands and then stopped at a restaurant/cafe with a kindle and had 2 beers and 2 Gin-soda.

    After that, I got hungry.

I had an egg-noodle meal with just a little bit of pork at 6:20 pm and that was the last meal I ate for the day/night.

So, 2 meals, somewhat close together.

I did not weigh myself at the start by on day 3 two separate scales had my weight at the lowest I was able two reach a few months ago. I understand this is temporary and the weight will return, but weight was not my reason for the fast.

I think he's making videos for everyone with different goals to cover his bases. Whatever a persons preferences and goals are, they need to mix things up also.

He does have the knowledge. (He's a celebrity trainer also, not that this leads me to his stuff.)

I only watch videos with topics that I want to learn more about.

The display of oversized muscles in his vids puts me off. I guess he loves looking like that, while I'd hate it.

It's a part of the marketing and to get to that level one has to dedicate their life to it.

He's a trainer and celebrity trainer and that's his livelihood. I assume he's making something off of his youtube vids also.

There's a huge market for getting healthier as so many people are over-weight and suffering from a multitudes of diseases today in the US (and West in general).

Yeah, I realise it's an image he's using to sell. Apparently he was a complete bloater as a young man.

I'm not sold on the image he's portraying.

Spending copious amounts of time and money over several years building huge, pointless oversized muscles and obsessively shedding fat down to abnormal levels reeks of mental health problems IMO. I think a lot of these image-focus types jeopardize their mental health in the pursuit of a superficial physical appearance.

With some people yes, they have "adonis issue" or other others.

              With him? We don't know.

Regardless, (speaking only for me) he's had some good recipes and info).

(This is starting to sound like TD.....)

Here's a good piece of info on a 7 day fast. I'm not pressing the issue. Look at the 5 minute mark about losing muscle.

I am planning on doing another fast of a minimum of 3 days in three weeks when I have a break from work.

What makes you so sure it's "good" info? It's wise to be cautious with these freebee vlogs.

Gravity Transformation bases their info in science. He's been on for years.

More importantly, he is noting what doctors and others note as well. It's the same info.

I've never done Keto way of eating, but know people that have. They only do it in the short term.

Right now, I'm on salad, vegetables, fruits and soups, and limited amounts of free range chicken.

                          ^ Well done.

How long do you plan to stay at it?

                            I'm not sure Jose.

The reason for the way of eating is that I'm quite sure that I have inflammation, be it chronic or acute.

I did some home tests that I read up on and also read "The Plan" by Lyn-Gynet Recetas.

With eating leafy greens and avoiding processed foods it will go away over time. Possible 2-3 months. Worth noting is that I "cheating" sometimes but this is rare.

I wanted to do a comprehensive allergy test but the two Naturopathic doctors are booked solid for some time.

Related to the fasting. I finished the 62-hour fast, 7 days ago, but I have not been the same since - but this is likely a good thing. I likely "reset" my system (there are articles on this).

This reset means, that prior to the 62-hour fast, foods that I reacted negatively to I was not aware of. Now, when I react - I think I am reacting - it cause me to feel very very full in a bad way and feel "odd."

                            Example:

I ate a baguette vegetable sandwich the bread went very slowly through my body to digest. I felt full over 6 hours later. Before I was "normal."

Beer: After a couple of beers to feel bloated and am bloated the next day. Before nothing noticeable - but perhaps my body was reacting negatively to the beer.

Ice cream: last night I had a cheat snack (I rarely snack at all now). It was about 9 pm or so and I got hungry so I stopped in a mini-mart and bought 3 different types of this factory-processed ice cream. There are dozens of different ones in a large freezer. I just pick them at random. Things like ice cream sandwiches, pseudo-bon bon, and ice cream cone. They are low quality b/c thy are cheap (IMO).

This morning I felt bloated at 6 am when I got up. I have not eaten anything at it's 7:30 pm. I have felt awful, had nausea and felt like throwing up. I just had a Fanta.

I may or may not eat until tomorrow morning.

I am quite sure it's the ice cream.

Ice cream is utter shite. One of the worst things you can eat.

Worth reading up on omega 3 and omega 6 imbalance that causes inflammation. Get yourself some walnuts, sardines and perhaps olives.

                                Yes, thank you.

Yeah, I've been eating walnuts. I bought a big bag.

I'm quite sure I'm been deficient in Omega-3.
