Cutting down on the omega 6 that's in so many foods also helps a lot.

After a year I used this "shelter-in-place" home time to do another water fast.
I did 40 hours this time.
I felt good, and it did lean me out a bit. As they say (hope it's correct) you hit Ketosis at the 13 hour mark, if you didn't eat a lot of sugar and refined carbs for your last meal. If so, it's about the 16 hour mark.LWO Community strong!

^Oh ya, that's interesting.
I have been in ketosis for about three months.. but it is because I haven't been eating sugar and very low carb. If I cheat I usually get kicked out of ketosis which isn't fun.
I have never done a water fast. I have done the intermittent fasting 16 hour before, but not in awhile. I need to do that again soon. Has all kinds of benefits.
