Any members doing Yoga or have done Yoga?
I'm learning the basic common postures on Youtube and will start with a private teacher next week.
I'm not very limber (but go to the gym regularly for lifting and cardio). I'm trying to get more limber before starting. I'm the lightest I've been in a few years and losing kilos have motivated me to try to be more healthy in general.
Anyone have any information or advice Yoga? How to approach?
