      Absolutely!

And to top it all off, once you've designed your own special tattoo and plastered it on Social Media for one and all to gawp at, the accolades just keep rolling in!
God, the panic within the Dems, MSM, and left must be horrifying...realizing that Joe is really the best they've got.

At least Cujo is a decent TEFL'er, unlike TEFL failure Smeg...

^Your before and after photos would have been better if you'd shown your head in the "after" complete with a rug.

I have an obese mate who I've given up on suggesting a healthy lifestyle so now I actively encourage his lard-arsery by buying all the bad shit foods whenever I go over & watch a footy game. All this is for good reason as I've seen him with low blood sugar levels (after a long walk) & he gets in a right bad mood. So to make sure he's in a good mood when I pop around I feed him plenty of sugars & fats

He's somehow managed to find a rather attractive girlfriend (way out of his league) & the demands to lose weight are starting to come in. Who wants to be seen with a bloater? And quite rightly I haven't seen him in her company yet. The image of him pounding up & down on this poor girl would scar me for life

Apparently when they move in together she's going to put him on a diet so his world of pain will start then

how do you now plan to seize your mates wealth if a fit bird is shagging him into her bank slit

i found cujos thread rather strange, hence my sarcastic contribution.

whilst keeping ones weight in check and exercising regularly is certainly a good thing, publicly trumpeting ones achievements in that field is usually reserved for the bloaters of weight-watchers or the virtue signalling inadequates on oprah winfrey who seem to need the unquestioning public approval that mawkishly parading their banal depressions on tv results in.

why the ageing fatties of teak door, whose unhealthiness in the first place i would imagine is mostly due to ignorance, slothfulness, indolence and alcoholism feel the need to publicise their lives in such a way is beyond me.

teak door however remains an ever open window into the characterful lives of some of the strangest people i have never met.

Of course you would find it strange.
I won't bother pointing out the obvious misinterpretation you've made, I couldn't be bothered with someone so judgemental.

You seem to think it matters what you think.

^Cool beans... I personally would never want to get a body of a bodybuilder, lifting weights is very healthy and has so many benefits from men and women especially for fighting against osteoporosis, etc. If you are fit then you never really age. My dad is 72 and lifts a bit of weights and calisthenics everyday and he looks amazing.

Congrats Cujo by the way, I am in jail on teakdoor and it is their way of keeping a good woman down imo.. pathetic.

Disgrace who started this thread, and to tax for their comments.
I've been 240 pounds and went to 160, so I know how it is to lose a lot of weight and it isn't easy for many people, always a struggle for some people who don't realize it isn't just what you eat, but has a bit of genetics and body type in play. .
