it isn't just what you eat,
    dont be ridiculous.

Peter Cooks response when someone said it wasn't Elizabeth Taylor's fault she was putting on weight, it was the fault of her glands:
"I know. Poor woman. There she is, in her suite in the Dorchester, harmlessly watching television. Suddenly her glands pick up the phone and order two dozen eclairs and a bottle of brandy. 'No,' she screams, 'please, I beg you!' but her glands take no notice. Determined glands they are, her glands. You've never known glands like them. The trolley arrives and Elizabeth Taylor hides in the bathroom, but her glands, her glands take the eclairs, smash down the door and stuff them down her throat. I'm glad I haven't got glands like that. Terrible glands."

Have a read of this.. https://genetics.thetech.org/ask-a-g...enetics-weight

Also read about body types like endomorph, ectomorph and mesomorph. - There is a book eat for your body type

Definitely eating right and exercise play a huge role, but reading about genetics is interesting, im sure we all know a friend that eats a ton and never gains weight. Or the type who drinks like a fish but barely gets a beer belly.

Age also plays a factor as our metabolism slows down as we get older, so we need to eat less and workout more.

Fasting regularly is also key health benefit. Just allowing the body to rest from the constant food assault we insist on inflicting upon ourselves.
Our western consumer culture is all about eating more and more crap, be it healthy or nor (just shut up and consume), and trusting the doctors to take care of us.

if you eat "healthy" food as opposed to saturated fat, sugar and salt laden processed foods, then there should be no need at all to fast.

            fasting shmasting.

a regular intake of H20 and nutrients, keeping the necessary protein, carb, fibre vitamins levels constant perhaps with some probiotic supplements to keep ones intestinal flora up to scratch ( probably the most important system in the body regarding general health and wellbeing) should be all one needs.

a little bit of everything, everyday.

Personally, I subscribe to the following. Dependent on one's metabolism and genes etc of course:

God, the panic within the Dems, MSM, and left must be horrifying...realizing that Joe is really the best they've got.

True, IF is a big help..thanks for the reminder I want to get back into doing this at least 16 hour fast.
I've also went back to having a healthy juice a day which helps me get my nutrients easily.
My ex bf (remember the nudist?)... over the 10 months I lived with him, he lost 60 pound.. he workouts alot and eats mostly just salad, chicken and steak. I don't think I could live on eating the same thing everyday.. you?

Western medicine is pretty much a horror show, a butcher-shop along with dispending deadly radiation, addictive synthetic poisons, courtesy of big pharma who pretty much own all government.
The third leading cause of death in the USA is medical doctor fookups.
When you visit a doctor, know that he/she has a license to kill you!

I've been an acupuncture aficionado for >40 years.

Get it done for all sorts of things - it works good!

^I agree, acupuncture works well over short visits for certain ailments. I had it done many times in Korea and China as it is super cheap in those places..like 5 $ a visit.

Yep Acupuncture is a great tool to facilitate the body's own healing power/energies..

There are many techniques which you can learn how to be you own doctor and how the body can make it's own medicine.
Though modern western culture would prefer you not know these advance ancient healing techniques

There's no money to made from healing yourself and being your own doctor..

Younshould be an obedient little consumer.

Now shut up, obey and eat your kibble....
