      A/B reps x 3. Only rest after A/B combo.

      Pitcher's Lunge and Reach 10 reps on each arm with 15kg Dumbbell
      Straight into Crossover Step-ups 12 on each leg

      Rest 1 min and do 2 more times

      Split Squat Jumps 45 seconds
      Box Jumps 45 Seconds A/B combo x3

      Hip Buck to Failure
      3 way RDL A/B Combo x3

      Finish with ab work 5 mins non stop 30 second combos. Mountain Climb, Russian V Crunch etc

          I did a 25 km bike ride yesterday. Hopefully i'll still bike as much as I do, after buying a jeep yesterday.

            ^Ha, I didn't end up buying that jeep!

            Joined a new gym.. awesome!

            30 minutes biking intervals
            -nautilus machines and free weights for legs /chest/ back

            20 minutes lying on a hydrotherapy massage bed... ahhh so relaxing!

                ^Great exercise routine ya got there, buddy! lol

                Today I walked 50 mins at a fast pace, and earlier I danced a lot with my students at a school dance party. I also walked 11,000 steps today according to my Garmin watch.

                Tomorrow morning I'll do a 1 hour toning class, which uses free weights to tone every body part. We also do squats, push ups, sit ups, planks/side planks. Fun fun!

                  a) I begin my day with mental warm-ups: actively patrolling this website for alt-right nonsense,
                  b) desk chair swivels: 100 rotations,
                  c) 200 coffee-lip reps
                  d) 30 steps to toilet (rest), 30 steps back (repeat daily)

                  ...thus ends my morning workout cycle.

                    10 km bike ride today.
                    25 km bike ride yesterday
                    20 kms day before.



                    I got all the gear. Helmet, jersey, garmin watch, great bike, and padded bike shorts!!
