Siriraj Medical Museum
Located at the Siriraj Hospital. I caught the BTS to Saphan Taksin (42Bt) & then boarded the ferry across to the hospital (15Bt). No photos allowed to be taken inside the museum
The 2 museums that held my interest were the forensic museum & the anatomical museum located in different areas of the hospital

Excellent reporting there Tinkles!
A year or so ago I was seeing Optometrists there at Siriraj Hospital simply because they have the most advanced equipment to diagnose diseases with the eye. My situation was a simple (relatively) case of 'Taw Hin or in English, Glaucoma - hardening of the eyeball.
To make a long story short, the amount of time I had to spend the few times I attended Siriraj (massive overcrowding) put me off any 'recreational' time e.g. checking out the Museum.
Will make it a point to pop in there next time though.God, the panic within the Dems, MSM, and left must be horrifying...realizing that Joe is really the best they've got.

^ Couldn't you use Siriraj Piyamaharajkarun? Queue-jumping private hospital that has access to all the siriraj equipment and docs. Right behind the museum, above the CP food court, MK etc.

Alcoholics dreamland My favourite bacardi is 500php a bottle (750cl) = AU$14.20. Saw it at another supermarket the philipinos go to for 400php, that's $AU11.40 a bottle. Cheapest I've ever seen it

Some observations here in Makati...
The jeepneys are stinking polluting noisy diesel burning crap-mobiles. The pollution that comes out of them is just stupendous. More air pollution here in Makati Ave where I'm staying than Farang Ghetto Sukhumvit road, which you think would be hard to beat
-Creepy younger American staying at hotel, looks like an axe murderer. All lovey-dovey between him & provincial girlfriend in the lift, obviously couldn't get laid back in the States. She looks a lot different to the Manila girls, she's probably sizing up the schmuck to be the families ATM
-Obese German sex tourist in lobby as I came up. Most hotels in South East Asia has 1 of these
-Walked through P. Burgos this evening, pretty tame compared to Soi4 Nana in Bkk, did get hassled by persistent cialis hawkers, didn't see any baklas, likely there too early though
