the owner having an online moan

It should be a thing where restaurants write the price of the rent on the menu so customers can take it out on landlord instead of us.

Had a farang with a business shirt & pants come in & after looking over the menu asked for a vegetarian burger

Cannot! He left. Bye! 1 Nil to the meat lovers

The trend of these frickin vegans at the moment is to look for meals that are centred around meat likes steaks or burgers, & then substitute the meat for some soya turd or lentil log, & then think because it looks the same it must be as good as the meat dish

        Decent report Tinkles, but the description of the burger and your marks out of 5 seem at odds. If I interpreted your report correctly;

        appearance 1
        taste 0.5
        sides 0
        cost 0
        ambiance 0.5

        Total 2/5

Keep em coming or persuade that fat bastard CSFan to come over here and take the helm.
I visited TC a few times as a guest but had to stop. It is a sickening place. - Aging One

          Appearance 1
          Taste 0.5
          Sides 0.5
          Cost 0.5
          Ambiance 1

I went to a Burger King here in Makati right beside Trump Tower

I normally don't eat at these ****ing awful excuses for a meal but hey lets try it

Had a top of the range whopper with bacon & cheese & 2 patties, 270php (AU$7.70)

Didn't enjoy it at all. The cheese was awful & the damn thing just sat there in my gut for hours, must have been all the preservatives? The cheese was awful. The sides were way too small

              Appearance 0
              Taste 0.25
              Sides 0.25
              Cost 0.25
              Ambiance 0

Hated the ambiance, looking like you can afford an overpriced burger must mean something to the locals. Couldn't wait to leave

              Won't return

              0.75/5

The best burger joint I've been to here are Brothers Burger in Bonifacio High Street. I think they have a couple of other branches around Metro Manila.

Coming in second is Army Navy. They have branches all over the place.

Eric Puno, founder of Yellow Cab Pizza and AmyNavy Burger + Burrito, while completing his college degree, managed a family business at age 21 upon early death of his father.

He migrated to the USA in 1981, where he engaged in the retail business of rattan and wicker furniture and established five stores in the Los Angeles and Orange County areas.

He returned to the Philippines in 1991 and joined the fast food industry that same year. He owned and managed five Chowking Franchise Stores in Metro Manila and was awarded the Most Outstanding Franchisee in 1995.

With a strong desire to create more jobs and a passion to make a difference in the food industry, he built and founded his own pizza brand in 2001, Yellow Cab Pizza. In 2008, he founded ArmyNavy Burger + Burrito, a unique Burger concept, offering the Burrito and Mexican food. He recently opened a new quick casual food restaurant brand, Coco Hut Fried Chicken and Fish, which Eric looks forward to build and grow in the Philippines, while he takes ArmyNavy beyond Philippine shores.
Now owned by Max's Group, Inc
