I am a little confused about this TM 30. In my case as I ride and travel by bike, does this mean every place, as in province I stop, I have to report it to immigration if a stay 24hr or so? Example, I ride to Ratchaburi and stay one night I need to report. Then onto Kanchanaburi I have to do it again and so on? In some cases I can be it several locations over the week. If it is the case, can it be down online (online being a joke) or is there an ankle bracelet available!

"Who is going to know you left your home/province but your dogs and and maybe your housekeeper"?
Never check into a hotel with your passport is the main thing. Use your Pink Card or D/L. Often times, it's the missus or g/f who does the checking in anyway.
Then, do the Walk of Shame! 555God, the panic within the Dems, MSM, and left must be horrifying...realizing that Joe is really the best they've got.

It really isn't necessary to "report" your whereabouts when one goes anywhere.
Try it - see what happens. Nothing.
I suppose the usual numpties will comply when the mafia authorities ask you to document and report every dump you take.

No doubt there will be eventual revisions. I would suspect business rumblings would suggest the first will be to exempt foreigners on work or business visas. Then those on platinum visas. Leaving only those retirees and those on marriage visas to report. In other words, the ones that currently, they dont care whether they leave or not.

As the process, itself, is not terribly difficult to do.
Most look upon this TM30 business as more nitpicking and unnecessary piled-on immigration bureaucracy.
Though, in theory, might deter a goodly percentage of unwanted Farang residents and other assorted scallywags of this ilk to leave.
A slight mass of flight by Farang can only benefit Thailand.
Less Farang. Better society.

Have you just made this 24 hour thing up or do you have an official link to it? I think it's anywhere that accommodates you that isn't the place you previously stated as being your accommodation, even if you sleep in your next door neighbour's place.
Everyone has to sleep within each 24 hours, hence the police want to know exactly where you are sleeping and so where they can find you, each and every day/night.Last edited by Tom Bruise; 09-04-2019, 02:59 PM.

Would you begin to comply if they threaten to jail or deport and blacklist those who avoid complying?

The Pink Card is obtained after you get the Yellow Book and neither list the Farang's name in English script.God, the panic within the Dems, MSM, and left must be horrifying...realizing that Joe is really the best they've got.
