    In the past year across Europe, 24% of sub-Saharan African people said they had experienced some form of harassment. This compares with 38% in Ireland.

    It should be noted, however, that Africans and Asians, culturally speaking, tend to be just as bigoted as Europeans and their emigre descendants in the New World.
