    I think so, yes.
Looks like most other modern international airports.
A few eateries, Starbucks, a duty-free and a few rows of shops yet to be let out. Beijing was -7C, every time a gate opened for boarding, there was an icy draft just when I was about to nod off.

What was once a small, winding road ideal for biking, is being transformed.
A lot more cars & trucks these days. The tree lining is gone, instead concrete pillars holding cables.

I'll take the anti-civilisation clause, preferably.

    There isn't one.

    Because... Eastern centric indoctrination.

Your best bet might be to join an Oregon alternative commune.

Missing the everyday country home-cooked fare pics, Strolls.

    Hopefully.
    Looking forward to this!

    Good pictures, Strolls.

What with this new speed limit raised to 120 kph, those two-lane roads of yesteryear are far too 'antarai' for modern LoS'19.

    Shame...

    lunchtime

Had some chores to do in the provincial capital of Nan and chanced across this eatery. Tucked away in a Soi behind Wat Phumin, they offered a choice between KaoSoi and KwayTiow. Packed with locals at lunch, a good sign, I thought, and opted for the delicious KaoSoi chicken.

Actually, to be honest, I was looking for another eatery around the corner, which was recommended on tripadvisor but didn't have a single customer.

Anyone else using tripadvisor? I find the reviews rather unreliable, been disappointed more than once.
