A substantial Thai lunch to celebrate New Year's Day: sticks of grilled pork, green curry rice, somtam salad, a dish of taro and corn fritters and a sea bass in a fresh sweet/sour sauce (before and after pics). A Chilean red to accompany=satisfying lunch.
