  • Your favorite and least favorite travel route by plane

Spawned from anto0ehr thread. Do you have a favorite or least favorite travel route by plane. Or even drilling it down even more, how about a favorite or least favorite leg of flight.

For me Bangkok to Tokyo on United is great. But from Tokyo to LA on Unites is the pits. The United Airline's s̶t̶a̶f̶f̶ or lets call them cows come on board and never smile or give you any sort of service whatsoever. From BKK to Tokyo its Asia staff and they are all smiles and very accomdating.

Anywhere with TAM: it must be the only airline to model itself on US carriers.

Any flight to Heathrow. Terrible airport.
I visited TC a few times as a guest but had to stop. It is a sickening place. - Aging One

Don't get on any areoplanes anymore (if I can help it) since I've laid my Kelly down but back in the day, moi used to work in Brazil and live here so the flight(s) were a killer. Bangkok to Dubai and onward to Sao Paulo on Emerites.
God, the panic within the Dems, MSM, and left must be horrifying...realizing that Joe is really the best they've got.

Pretty much any flight from SEA to the US is a horrible, dread inducing nightmare.

If ive gotta do it its usually on Emirates or Qatar.

Yes, Emirates Business Class makes it almost bearable but 16 hours in the air still sucks the big one.

Used to fly Cairo to Doha/Sharjah on Gulf Air frequently.

Terrific service from the Brutish Airways rejected stewardesses

Just did Roiet to LA on EVA. Great airline but 30 hours door to door is no picnic.

Recently did BKK to TPA & back. Economy.

Was a sweaty, stinking mess on arrival.

Business class takes a lot of the BS out of it though. Wish I could fly it all the time.

At least your getting out ?

Best flights are on Oman Air where as they leave KSA airspace the bell rings grown men cheer like kids in an ice cream parlour and the party starts/

I recall the good ole days on Afghan Ariana, no problem smoking on 1970s Tupelovs on flights to the Stans they used to grill the kebabs on a trolley !!
