Anti-coup protesters emerge at Asoke

About 100 anti-coup protesters have gathered in front of Terminal 21 department store at the Asoke intersection, reports said.
The protesters showed up at about 12pm. They raised anti-coup banners and made a three-finger sign as an anti-coup symbol.
On learning of the gathering, a combined police and military force moved to the area.
Earlier at about 11.40am, Sombat Boonngamanong, leader of the Red Sunday Group, reportedly posted on his Facebook page that protesters should gather in front of Terminal 21 department store.
