What it needs is a good and spicy, I mean 3 Thai peppers salsa,
    i.e.

    Tomatoes
    Spanish onion
Thai style prik kee noo chillies
    Garlic
    Coriander leaves
    Lime juice
    Salt to taste

Put some fire into your morning business.

In the states I made Mexican food weekly, but here having to make it all from scratch its only about once a month. Last night was one of those days. Carnitas pork, chicken taco filling, beef taco filling, fresh salsa, guacamole, and chips and salsa. Came out quite nice.

I do the same thing about once a month on a free Sunday.

I to am drawn to the aromas of spicey food but alas as I don't have a stomach like a cement mixer it is off-limits for me.
To many bouts of indigestion, redring etc to risk it.

I know my limits, so take a look at this little mouthwatering lot

Baked loin of cod, over roasted chunky chips, steamed carrots and cabbage greens.

^ A very noble offering there plonker but way out of my heat league, and that extra large serving of mushy peas there with that bottle of home brew

Now about 15 years back I had the pleasure of a couple of weeks in Surfers, stayed out in an apartment on Whelan Street.
An old mate of mine lived out Carrara way.

They are not mushy peas Blooby. that is Guacamole, usually served with salsa, your not a Brit are you?
That was my lunch, roast chicken pieces with Turkish bread, Tabouli, Guacamole all home made, and to drink a nice Dutch beer with a passably drinkable cask red from California.

Now this might be a little more palatable for you

Yellowfin tuna steak, with oven roast chunky frenchfries, and salad.
The salad included a couple of varieties of spicy pasta.

Oh and a pot of tea

That should be better blobby, so will give you 8/10 for content but only 2/10 for style, sorry to piss on your parade but the appearance is not aroy although I am sure my Dog would approve.
If not my daughter she, is very particular.
