The Simpsons humour has been copied by other adult cartoon shows, and that in itself speaks of success.
The humour may be directed towards an adult audience but kids love it, I wish it had of been around when I was a kid in the 60's
It educates you about the screwed up , grown ups world.

I am lucky to have been a child in my childhood . My granny had a pub and was one of the first people in my town to have a television. "Champion the Wonder Horse" and "The Cisco Kid" were complex enough for me.

That and 'Father Knows Best' & 'Leave it to Beaver.'God, the panic within the Dems, MSM, and left must be horrifying...realizing that Joe is really the best they've got.
