Friggin Brazil rolled over Mexico today, (live on the boat for 5 months in Mexico) unfortunately they seem to be betting better each game they play at the moment.

What a game that became. Cant remember a period with so many chances at both ends. Continuos quality football. The final goal was best team goal of the whole Tourni I agree Japan must have been guttted. Pity that goal was not scored in the first min of extra time. I could have been another 30 mins of incredable ball.

I disagree. The final minute was like a schoolboy match. The Japanese were naive to push everyone forward for the corner, and shouldn't have risked putting the ball right into the goalkeeper's reaches while so exposed. They gambled and lost.

Think you nailed it. It was pure adranalin and yes very school boy like. But they are the most exciting to watch. Rememmber before Alf ramsey introduced the 4 4 2 system to the world. Used to have 5 forwards and the odd defender. LOL. The Coach saw the writing on the wall. his guys had come closed but the game was definately ebbing from them.

I would have loved for the little guys do well , but we will see what happens tomorrow. WHy England still play a striker who has not scored in 23 games is beyond me. Not like he is the best passer, talking about Sterling.
