At 25 cents per capsule, it's a reasonable "trial"...So, 50 cents a day...I piss 10 times more coffee "down the bog," Mid...

But then, coffee is arguably the best "wonder-drug" ever discovered...Heh...Though I'm not on the "Golden Shower" level, by any stretch...I did piss "coffee" on my foot, once, in the shower and I haven't had any trouble with it since...555...

There's a saying in Korea that "You can make yer millions selling hot water"...Something like that...Because the tea houses do so well...But they know little about coffee, in general, much like Thailand...But it is all just water...

Maybe the miracle is simply the water...And it's a fad for some people to drink simply hot water while others have their tea or coffee...

No, I'm not a "freak" for the supplement game...I believe that a good active lifestyle is the true miracle, both physically and mentally...And let's throw in the "emotional factor," as well, however you want to describe it, just to complete the trilogy...

But the facts in this case are very convincing...There is a lot of research/reading to be done in this vein, and I'll glean a little knowledge along the way...

A poster over on the Buffalo Board mentioned that, like me, he was pretty fit and didn't notice any significant changes other than:

"Main benefits (for me) seem to be quick healing from any aches pains, or sprains, and sleep like a baby most nights. Deep relaxing sleep that makes me feel good in the mornings."

"Main benefits (for me) seem to be quick healing from any aches pains or sprains, and sleep like a baby most nights. Deep relaxing sleep, that makes me feel good in the morni
So I'd say those are pretty fair benefits...He's been taking it for a year...Keep in mind, he's a fit person....

Thus far, I agree with the great sleep benefits...I've only just started, yet the results are pretty profound...Woke up again this morning with much vigor and a cool dream lingering on my mind, at the risk of waxing poetical...Heh...

The spring in my step, as I call it, is my personal focus here...Your mileage may vary...
But, the added, and very major bonus of restful sleep, is right up there with it...And the mental and "emotional" parts all follow, hand in hand...

But, the type of magnesium you take is paramount to success with it...

After all, as you say, Mid, you don't want to just piss it all down the bog!...

      Cheers...

If it helps with sleep, I might have to consider giving it a try. These days I'm waking up when it's still dark out.

Many of my running friends take it to relieve cramps, it seems to work for that.

I started taking Magnesium supps after over 2 years of not taking them. I'm sure I wasn't getting enough mag from my food.

            I am sleeping better.

Not sure if it's the mag, but it's worth taking.

Pumpking seeds have a lot of magnesium. I'll try to find those.

Where are you getting them in Thailand?

I've never looked, but would be interested. Do you know the brand name? Thanks.

I buy my Magnesium supplements in the US and bring them back every year on a yearly visit.

Pumpkin seeds also have lot so magnesium.

And other natural food sources too, although I've forgot which.

                Cheers.
