Sunday to Thursday.
No alcohol.
Breakfast: Coffee. Ham and tomato omellete.
Lunch: Salad and fried chicken.
Dinner: Meat (pork chops, steak, or chicken breasts, and vegetable soup.
Square of chocolate between lunch and dinner, and again after dinner. Lots of water.
The extra bit of weigh/blubber is decreasing rapidly.
