used to have to change my IP address with every new character I created for some tea-bagger site I used to visit/troll (they would delete my accounts for some reason ), but now I mostly use it when hooking up to Sirius Radio/Direct TV (have to have an US IP address to listen/watch on-line) or want to get around some sites that are blocking Thailand IP addresses (example: some Youtube videos)

I don't think you can listen to this video below from a Thai IP address

Thanks for posting the thread Mid - excellent advice.

And a good warning for some posters on places like TV/TD that regularly slag the Monarchy and Junta - they are risking being caught/prosecuted in a country that does not have the same 'legal rights' as in the west.

And in regards to the FBI issue - once they are issued with a warrant following a criminal activity investigation (abusing ex girlfriend/wife), then ISPs and VPN providers must comply - and that includes all service providers operating in any country that comes under the UN/Interpol policing agreements and conventions.
If I dont respond it is because: A) Libtard; B) Blocked Libtard; C) Playing Golf

IP Vanish works great at first then eventually becomes painfully slow. Paid version.

Anti-Monarchy comments are off-limits on any Thai-themed forum which wants to be accessible in Thailand, including those two.

I ain't got anything worth hiding. Daily Mail is only thing blocked here but l use and old link and it works. Even then l only read it mostly for the sport and bitter, seething far right comments about refugees, immigrants and Jeremy Corbyn.

              Great for a laugh.

I use the VPN that comes with Opera web browser because it's free and I'm cheap.

I'm so cheap that I don't run a VPN at all.

There are lots of free ones. I use Betternet, so my boss does not know I am looking at porn.

Express VPN is very good. I used it for four years, and it is good enough to break through the great China firewall as well.
Astrill is also pretty decent and used it for a few years as well both in Thailand and China. Both have a price, about $100 a year, but well worth it!
