Originally posted by Delayed View PostObviously if you intend to someone harm broad daylight in his garden in front of his family would suggest theta the attacker is less than playing with a full deck. As an aside, I thought faring could not own property and businesses in Thailand?.
Foreigners can own houses just not the land they are on, ( beware the landlord who dies, you lose all rights to your 30 year lease ) and 49 % of a business, but act essentially as an owner with convoluted voting share set ups which is illegal as hell but done routinely.
Americans can own 100% of a company though through a Thai-USA Amity Treaty registered Thai company.Ward of Lore
