One thing I wonder about is, when these people submits an insurance claim for the loss of their truck or car, for their stupid choice of driving onto a flooded street or road like this, what does the insurance company tell them?I used to chase radios. Now I don't.

As I topped the hump and could see past it, I had a WTF moment when I saw a line of cars stopped in the middle lane. A quick look in my rear view mirror, then to the left side mirror showed I had an opening in the left lane. I turned my wheels left then back right into the left lane and nearly had the same experience as that red cab truck in the GIF, also nearly hitting the last car in the line up as I swerved out of the middle lane.
I slowed down some, wanting to see why the first car in line was stopped in the middle lane. Two old women were sitting in it, both looking over their right shoulders, looking for a break in the traffic, so they could turn into the exit.
I never did find out if that last car in line, that I nearly hit, was rear ended or not.
Some people should not be allowed to drive.
P.S. When you are driving at 65 miles per hour, your vehicle is traveling at 95 and 1/3rd feet per second. I think I had less than 2 seconds to avoid hitting that last car in the lineup. (Thats 28.95 meters per second for you metric fans)I used to chase radios. Now I don't.
