I've run out of things to post but I desperately need to keep my mind off of today's pile of shit in my inbox, so I'll keep thinking and posting about Smeg's "series of low paid jobs" even though I've no idea how much he earned from any he did between stints of travelling the world in prior decades, how many hours per week they were, what else be did to build up his retirement funds, or anything else.

At least it'll distract me from jumping off the factory roof today

Reality: Had nothing worth going home for after a holiday in Thailand, 18 years and counting of miserable disillusioned tedium in local hire roles with no way out, should have joined the NZ navy, months of miserable smog, 4:45am alarm clock to pump myself up with weights and potions, eating disorders, creepily leaving my phone number under McDonalds staff windscreen wipers, 100,000 baht bargain basement sinsot loaned back to me to pay my landlady's prefab deposit, letching at teenage girls online, drinking cheap wine alone in my carport bar, and hourly sneering at a legion of users on multiple forums to drag myself though each tedious day.
