Yes I keep forgetting the LOS rules around buying alcohol. I once bought Singahs (not a bad drop) at a 7/11 in the farang ghetto 5 years ago just after lunch only to be told at the counter I was not allowed to do so. I had to head back to the refrigerator and put them back. But it all worked out fine in the end as I met with the lovely lady in a bar later that afternoon

Way too many bad carbs - pasta, biscuits, bread, fries etc. Tis possible to do Sizzler healthily. I may demonstrate it next week.

I did cut down on the spaghetti and biscuits and had more healthy salad , the fries and bread were part of the meal, couldnt do much about that .
