Here you go as a Perl one-liner put into a subroutine for you....

For instance if one wanted to, for example, post a link to a goatse pic and it's called "big fat black momma arse goatse JPG'
But I want it to read 'Brighton seaside weekend JPG' (for example.)
How would I do that?
Just as a matter of interest of course.

I Understand that this a 'tricks of the trade' thread but I need a how to thread I have some particular difficulties with my life that prohibit me from doing things like even using an android device so I would appreciate some advice, how to transfer export a photo out of an I phone or similar.
My capable friends cannot understand how even simple tasks are beyond me, but they are. If my daughter's Samsung phone rings I cant seem to answer it, so on top of all the other devices we have, phones, tablets I have a simple old Nokia push the button phone, when It rings I push the green button and job done, any thing other I am screwed. If some one has the time to help me with simple tasks I would appreciate the time. thanks in advance
