Was forced to leave the house yesterday and while out we decided to help a Thai restaurant by ordering something to go. Garlic Duck.

Im in the middle of places sometimes so I picked this gadget up for about 60 bucks. It's a Hamilton Beach. That's right, Beach. It does what I need and doesn't talk at all. Sweet.

Whatshername being silly. Told me stone crabs would not be a good first date meal.

Handing out free food for the hungry , decided to have one as I was a bit peckish .

But dessert was special. Ate a part of a freshly made carrot cake. It was delicious.

Fact. Thailand has yet to figure out how to make a great carrot cake. You can find some wonderful banana bread, but not a carrot cake that is made as well as you can find here in the states.

Got there just before lunch hour. Everyone had on face masks and everyone behind the counter were wearing gloves. Whatshername ordered 7 sandwiches (some were some guys who were helping me on a little project). Mine was the chicken gyro (for dinner) below. Just after noon the placed filled up with customers for lunch, most everyone I observed were keeping a safe distance from one another. Working well for some open-air restaurants.

After learning a little (too much) about you over the past several weeks I’ve come to find out you have children (females) on your mind quite a bit,………in a disturbing way.

Nothing exciting for the foreseeable future. Social distancing, dinning at outside establishments during the sweltering Florida summer heat wouldn’t be comfortable.

Whatshername was recently repatriated so I’m trying to finish off her freezer items.

Last week it was turkey strips in a tomato sauce. It was alright. This coming week……..
