Why wake up so early if you are retired?

Yeah you've caught me out. I'm not retired.

I'm up at 4:45am before trundling my way to a metal factory. By 6am I'm puffing and grunting to pump up my chemically enhanced muscles and by 7 I'm knocking back the day's creatine dose while logging into multiple forums within a cyber world my ego is heavily invested in. There you'll find my spending my tedious rut' hours til hometime trying to big myself up even more by obsessively belittling a famous fellow narcissist on the other side of the world and any forum users I consider to be parasite-worthy low-hanging fruit.

As is evident, I'm an exceedingly small miserable & disillusioned individual that puts an inordinate amount of time money and effort into making myself feel BIG, decade after decade....
