Where will you be spending this approaching winter tax? Thailand is looking off the cards for most Brits.

we will be in the uk until thailand opens again, i dont anticipate a return until next summer at least, we have no wish to sit on a plane full of coughing old geezers and their fat wives for 12 hours before then, nor go through the onerous entry requirements for thailand. it will be our first winter here for 17 years, we have dug out all our old winter coats and boots etc. from storage and we are in a decent location so its no problem really, although i do prefer warmth to cold.
