What's that got to do with anything. You told them about your keto efforts (and I'm not sure why you think they should care), and some agreed and encouraged you while others disagreed and gave their alternative opinions in ways that match their personalities or personas. That's what a forum is for.

There are of course the usual snide twats like sneeryle and AO whose only interest is insulting and belittling, but they're simply miserable oddballs reliant on TD to help them distract from their misery and feel smug & superior instead. You know they'll do it, and you can put them on ignore. TD isn't a support group for fat people in Canada, it's a snakepit containing a number of unhinged westerners that ended up in Asia, and provides exactly what it says on the tin.

I think by your third post you said "I believe I'm almost in ketosis now" like burning fat is some kind of holy grail only achievable by following fad diets and listening to obsessive vloggers.

Stuff such as "fat bomb treats" will be laughed at by most because "treats" are simply unnecessary. Rule number 1 - don't snack. Rule number 2 - if you really need to, have a hard boiled egg or a handful of almonds. End of. As I said I'm more upset at that fact that I started a thread on keto treats, maybe one person said something about the food. Otherwise, Luigi edited my photos, and then Dill went on about his weight, and then I said I have lost 12 pounds, which is amazing, but I still get told I'm not doing it right, that they know better because that is how I should be doing it, and then more insults. Like I am learning a lot about keto and I feel really good with what I'm doing. It would be nice to share, but I cannot with those people. Mostly insult and not listen to what I'm saying. I should have known better as I said.
