Two posters = "fairly well everyone"?

You become more odd and more desperate for support (because you are all too aware how easy it is to make you look like a stoopid oaf) by the post

What, you mean that it gets so bad that a decade after they left these susceptible westerners are obsessed with the place and continually post on forums related to Thailand?

Can you name any examples of such susceptible westerners?

And you repeat this "decade ago" claim. I hadn't even arrived in Thailand in 2004. I became an exexpat from the place in April 2014.

It seems that you far prefer to focus on me, including inventing dates about me, than on your aforementioned issues, paranoia, and rose-tinted delusions, Mr I Love Birds Shitting All Day Outside My Office Windows. I wonder why.......

I believe you are the clear leader when it comes to invective . . . leaving even socal behind, so perhaps a bit of reflection on your own actions is warranted.

Hahahaha . . . how ridiculous expecting you to anything even remotely against your narcissist nature.

My wife says most Thai girls would prefer to marry a farang that wants to live in Thailand. She says it is easier for most Thai girls that way as they do not have to learn a new language, get used to farang food, deal with cold weather and other things. So which is it?

                true.

Best thing to do is put all your cards on the table at the start. i had the advantage of being married and divorced twice before I came here so it was clear for me.
When I met the present TGF and a serious LTR seemed likely I asked for certain conditions to be met. (Sounds a bit harsh maybe, but bear with me).

                  1. No drugs
                  2. No marriage
                  3. Not moving back to the west.
                  4. No kids

It turns out her needs are perfectly met by all these requirements so job jobbed.

The only issue to appear is one of loyalty. In the beginning I was unaware of just how strong the Thai family connection would become. She has no parents but one sister and a large extended family network beyond that. When any minor difficulties arise the prominence of this network becomes the default position.

I suspect this family priority is stronger in most Thais than the desire for a foreign passport.
