^Nice one!
I am proud of myself as I started jogging again yesterday for the first time since I tore my miniscus 1.5 years ago. I have been doing a lot of cardio, but finally did intervals of jogging /speed walking around a track yesterday for 30 mins. Even though I feel like a deadweight today, I did it without pain in my knee!!!! I will keep at it. Losing 20 pounds has helped!

Since being in "shelter in place" and not working for months, I've been following exercises on youtube on my Yoga map and using my dumbbells (at home of course).
Calisthenics are really good and it seems Burpees will are strenghening me and getting my heart rate high.LWO Community strong!

^Very nice that you are doing yoga still, Boots. What is my yogamap? Haven't heard of it?
I am working out a lot these days. I walk at least an hour a day and often jog intervals. If I'm not doing that I bike. Biked for an hour yesterday, plus I do weights for arms/shoulders, back/chest and bodyweight exercises like squats, situps, planks. I also bought a 15lb kettlebell and I do some things with that as well for shoulders mostly. Had a few drinks tonight for the first time in ages, but that won't happen much as I'm too determined to keep up my program and get fit. Still losing weight, slowly but surely.

My bad.
Good on your biking and exercises.

I know the owners as I've been twice and want to go back soon.
What yoga vids do you do?
I should have clairified.
I do calisthenics on the yoga mat but not yoga.
I could do yoga with youtube - perhaps I will tomorrow and report back.
I took yoga lessons for about a year and a half before taking a trip and then Covid came.LWO Community strong!
